Whether you’re dreaming of creating an entertainment room or full dedicated home theater, we have the expertise to bring your vision to life.
It’s been 50 years since we built our first home theater. During these 50 years, we’ve built thousands of home theaters. That’s a track record virtually unmatched in the industry. From our decades of specifying and installing the world’s most fabulous and exotic audiophile and home theater equipment, we know what theaters can be. It’s not only that experience, but we also regularly attend the Metropolitan Opera, and the world’s great concert halls to train our ears and eyes. Our reference are the world’s great stages. We guide you in selecting the ideal projector, screen, seating, lighting, remote control system, speakers, subwoofers, room acoustics, isolation, room décor, drapes, and even HVAC solutions to ensure optimal climate control and comfort in your home theater. We understand that a great home theater is more than just the technology. It’s about creating an immersive environment that encompasses every aspect of the experience.
Your room is your most important component and determinant of your final video and audio performance. Stereo speakers react differently depending not only on the size and characteristics of the room they are placed in but also their position in it, and on how close they are to each other and to any walls. Imagine when you have 7, 9 or 23 of them playing simultaneously! Your theater and room interact. Low ceilings found in a typical home environment are often a problem as they create harsh comb filtering which damage imaging. High ceilings increase the cubic footage, which is good for low end response, but also require additional treatment to tame damaging reflections. Windows are highly reflective, and blinds make little to no impact on the sound. Is the room open plan or will you have a tightly sealed entrance door? Given that every room is different, the response of speakers can be unpredictable. From cutting edge analysis to listening with our trained eyes and ears, we’ll be sure to make your system perform at its absolute best.
